"In August of 2023 we met Lily and Case and instantly knew they were an answer to a prayer for our newly diagnosed Type 1 diabetic son, Levi. From August to November we met Lily every other week to be a part of Case’s training to prepare him to come home to help Levi. This pair bonded almost immediately. Lily’s calm, sweet and supportive approach helped Levi gain confidence in training, handling and trusting Case. Case has been home with us for a little over a month. He has been a game changer in Levi’s diabetes management. He goes to 4th grade with Levi, basketball, baseball, karate and much more. Lily has been incredible to work with in every way. We are so grateful for Lily and Case!"

We traveled all the way from North Carolina to Texas over the course of the year long intensive training to spend time with her and our dog.
